San Francisco born and raised artist Knxout is a culmination of all of the things that make the Bay Area great. He’s inspired by the culture and history surrounding him. These are compositions created during his time living in Oakland, CA across the Bay. Time is the only luxury we have here on earth. We cannot “make” time as if we are gods but we can harness its power by moving with it. Kali (“the black one”) is the Goddess of Time, Change and destruction. She is depicted with four or ten arms, her body being black with red eyes and lolling tongue. She is often shown naked or just wearing a skirt made of human arms and a garland of human heads.

Knxout creates and produces music, interactive music apps, and multimedia audio/video art abd has traveled to India to facilitate workshops and collaborate with local musicians as part of the State Department’s cultural diplomacy program. Knxout is the founder of the music startup, Beatshop Labs, where he collaborates with other artists, teachers, coders, and graphic and sound designers to build music apps for teaching and creating music.
